This is the first time a doctor has discouraged me from getting nose surgery, so I gained some trust. I do feel like we match a bit, which is nice, but I don't want any donated dermis or donated rib cartilage, and they said there aren't any side effects with that here, so I'm a bit uncertain. The consultation director has a purely businesslike style, and I talked a lot about all kinds of things, but she was the only one I didn't become friendly with.
