I went in for a consultation because I have a wide nasal tip, had osteotomy and hump removal, and the silicone showing through and the tip showing through seemed too severe. I showed old photos and said that since my nose is thick and a bit broad, I don't want everything removed, but I do want only the silicone removed and, if possible, the tip kept. They said that would be possible in any case, and that the bridge hump wasn't very severe in the past so the nose wouldn't spread much after removing the silicone, and that the tip would just need the support height lowered. That gave me hope. But when I asked what the shape would be like after the revision surgery, they gave me a vague answer like it would become a bit broader than now, so I'm a little confused ㅠㅠ
