I’ve been to many clinics for consultations, but this is the first doctor who explained things this thoroughly. They explained my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and since I was worried I kept asking lots of things, so the consultation went on for a very long time, but they answered patiently without getting annoyed, and even gave me their email address so I could send more questions if I had any~ They also explained what was and wasn’t possible from a functional standpoint, and I liked that they didn’t scare me or push me at all. The doctor said they would remove the stitches personally and that I could meet them every time I came, which made me trust them more, and the staff were kind too.
