I came from very far away, and I do not think I even talked with the doctor for 10 minutes. He just looked at my face, pointed out the problems directly, and said that if I wanted to keep it to a minimum, this was the surgery he could do for me and asked if I had any questions. With the manager, it did not feel like a professional conversation so much as just talking about the overall direction.
