It doesn’t feel extremely friendly, but it’s not unfriendly either. A similar case. They showed photos carefully and explained the before-and-after surgical method. I felt I could trust them. I had silicone removal surgery and I’m satisfied. The manager was kind, but the nurse during the surgery was unfriendly.
