First of all, I liked that it didn't feel like a factory-like clinic. Even right before surgery, they took time to consult with me, and unlike the hospital I had used before, I felt reassured. The surgery didn't hurt at all, and they didn't put cotton in my nose, so it was really comfortable. Since it's also a clinic that handles removal surgeries, they were meticulous and did a good job, and the aftercare was good too.
