After functional nose surgery, my columella collapsed, so I got a revision. Then it got worse again, and I had another revision because the tip drooped. Maybe because he is the chief doctor, I liked that he was willing to take responsibility and do it without charging me, but he kept saying it was as if it were my fault that my nose ended up like that. He never told me any ways to improve it. The consultation director was kind, but during the consultation they were pretty pushy about making a reservation. When I contacted them after the surgery, they were still fairly responsive. I liked how they replied after asking the doctor for his opinion. He seemed responsible. But I think the doctor’s aesthetic sense is lacking. It did not suit my face harmoniously, so I am dissatisfied. The scar on the columella is also severe, so the stress is intense. I was disappointed that there was no mention at all of scar care.
