When I went to the hospital, there were foreign patients too, and the wait was over an hour.. Since it was an ENT specialist, it felt like I was really being examined, and he explained things in detail from a functional standpoint while looking at the CT. He even brought up a PPT to help me understand. The consultation director spoke in a kind of Mumu ^^ way, like she was imitating Lalal.
