I went in knowing about the doctor's consultation style, so I took it in stride, but I think someone who didn't know might feel offended. I hear the surgeon is skilled, but I wonder whether the patient's needs will really be reflected in a surgery that costs so much money. The consultation director was extremely kind. Even for a first-time visit, the price was on the expensive side.
