I think the manager is just as important as the doctor, but the manager didn't feel especially kind, and there was a bit of pressure to book on the same day. The doctor carefully analyzed every angle on the CT scan and clearly felt very professional. They touched my nose, put in a cotton swab to check it, and carefully examined the condition of my nose. They also seemed to pursue a refined look, so the consultation was conducted with the overall balance of the face in mind.
