This was my first time consulting for my nose because of a hump. I saw the chief surgeon, and they consulted without taking a CT scan or even touching my nose, just explained based on what they could see from the outside. The consultation was really detailed, with drawings, and they explained things well. The consultation time was long, and they explained everything calmly. They said that after shaving down the hump, they would raise the tip without an implant using septal cartilage, or ear cartilage if there wasn’t enough. They also said they might use donated cartilage if needed. The explanation was professional and kind, and that was really good, but I found it a little strange that they didn’t show me any before-and-after photos and only looked at my nose visually. Also, I wasn’t sure if the consultation manager had only just started working there... They kept saying that if I booked that day, they could do the surgery in the 3 million won range, that they were giving me an unbelievably cheap price, and kept saying our doctor is really good. They kept pushing me to leave a deposit and set a date that day, and said if I changed my mind, I could get a full refund as long as I told them at least a week in advance, so the sales pressure was pretty uncomfortable.
