I went in for a consultation because of my nose, and the director seemed to speak honestly. It felt like he was not trying to push me into surgery no matter what, but rather was keeping in mind the possibility that I might be dissatisfied after surgery. What was disappointing was that he was so cautious that he gave off a slightly unconfident impression. The consultation took about 20 minutes.
