I went in after booking a consultation for complete removal~! But when they saw the before-surgery photo of my nose that I had prepared, they told me that if I went with complete removal, there was a chance the columella would curl up. I said I couldn’t give up on the columella, and they said then we should do it with ear cartilage~! They showed me a few photos, but because they had so many photos? I couldn’t see photos of patients with a case like mine, which was disappointing. For the photos they did show, they explained things like, this person had silicon removed and the bone looked bumpy, and this one could be refined a bit. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered each one calmly and carefully, which I appreciated.
