I went for a consultation for nostril reduction and they recommended alar base lift and nostril lowering surgery. The doctor was kind, and the staff were kind too. But I didn't really want anything other than nostril reduction surgery, so I passed on it. The price was different from the one advertised by the hospital. It seemed like more people were coming in for other surgeries than for noses.
