I went for consultation for nostril reduction. They said they would make the incision on the inside and outside of the nostrils, suggested 2 mm, and recommended lowering the nostrils. But aside from nostril reduction, the other things felt a bit off-putting, so I didn't have surgery here, though it was a place I kept thinking about until the end. They seem to prefer a more natural result, but I wasn't fully convinced.
