My eyes were small and I had to open them using my forehead, so I decided to have eye surgery. The doctor said non-incisional surgery wouldn’t show at all, and recommended incisional double-eyelid surgery, as well as under-eye fat surgery and paranasal augmentation. When I went somewhere else to ask about under-eye fat and paranasal augmentation, they told me those weren’t necessary.
