The doctor’s voice was so quiet and his pronunciation was not clear at all that I couldn’t understand a single thing. I don’t know whether he’s confident about surgery, but even while charging a consultation fee, it felt a bit irresponsible. It seemed like he didn’t recommend unnecessary things. The person doing the consultation felt relatively kind.
