The director has a rather blunt style, so if you're expecting a warm consultation atmosphere, it may feel somewhat dry. The consultation manager also felt more like they were handling things in a businesslike way rather than being especially kind, so the whole thing came across as somewhat formal. That said, the content of the consultation itself was pretty realistic. They honestly said that for someone like me whose eyes are already in decent condition, having eye correction could actually increase the risk and that there is also a chance of failure.
