I had a hump, so I had it shaved down, had osteotomy, and lifted the nasal tip with nasal septal cartilage. I had surgery without an implant, and I originally wanted it to look absolutely natural, so this was the clinic I chose, and it really turned out so natural that people around me don’t even know. I should have made it a little higher, though. Still, my complex has been completely corrected, so I’m satisfied.
