When I was 20, I just decided I needed nose surgery, didn't do any research at all, and got a consultation because it was famous, then set the date right away and had the surgery. My crooked nose wasn't corrected perfectly, only somewhat. The nose itself came out naturally and nicely. Maybe because I was young, the director didn't even ask what kind of nose I wanted and just did the surgery saying they would make it fit me.
