The first consultation was really good. The doctor was so kind, listened to all my questions until the end, and explained everything, and the manager seemed sharp and competent too, so I liked it. The one strange thing was that there were almost no waiting patients. But when I went back for a second consultation, the attitude changed completely. The doctor became rude, and the manager really cornered me as if I were an overly sensitive person and acted confrontational with me. Even then there were no waiting patients.
