I liked the consultation with the director because they explained everything I was curious about in detail. About the capsule removal I was asking about, they said that if it’s not inflammation or contracture, it doesn’t have to be removed, and that removing it would actually cause bruising and a lot of swelling. They also said that capsule removal could make the skin thinner or uneven. If only the silicone is removed, the tip of the nose can rise or sink, so cartilage repositioning has to be done, and they said they can’t know my bridge shape until the implant is taken out. They were kind during the consultation, so I think it would be worth going in for one.
