After I left a post on a Q&A site, they replied so sincerely that I went in for an actual consultation. But they said that given the level of pain, removal wasn't necessary, so I went somewhere else and had it removed. The consultation was friendly, but they just repeated what they had said on the Q&A site, and when I said I wanted it taken out, they never gave me a clear answer, so I ended up going elsewhere.
