The director is busy. The consultation was just okay... maybe because I've been to places that do it really well, so it wasn't that impressive. The consultation manager gave off a strong feeling of having a set script for dealing with people. She's very petite and pretty. Oh, they said they might use mesh on the tip of the nose. In the past it seemed like there were two directors, so I can't help wondering why there's only one now.
