I went because this was said to be a specialist plastic surgery clinic for noses. I had previously had part of my septal cartilage removed during surgery for a deviated septum, so I had actually been told that there was a possibility of a saddle nose. When I told the director that, he just gave a very mechanical, almost manual-like consultation?? He didn't really consult with any sincerity...
