The hospital interior was the prettiest of all the places I've been to so far. The order was manager - director - manager for the consultation. The manager seemed like someone who had been there a long time, and I listened to the manager explain the surgery method for almost thirty minutes.. The consultation with the director was okay. They seemed to pick up exactly what I wanted and explained in detail how they would do it. But I was a bit surprised when they said they would use mesh, something I hadn't even considered. After the director consultation, I met with the manager again, and the cost was honestly shocking. I knew it would be expensive, but for a first surgery they were saying almost 7 million total. For reference, I went to about 8 places, and the average estimate was in the low-to-mid 3 million range. It wasn't even a nose that needed osteotomy or bulbous-nose correction, and most of the places were one-doctor clinics with long experience. Putting everything else aside, when I heard them quote 700,000 won for dissolving filler and HiCo, I immediately ruled them out because I was speechless. At other places they either dissolved it for free or quoted around 100,000, so the fact that they quoted 7 times that amount felt like they were just trying to make money off patients. The consultation with the director was good though.
