I had a revision nose surgery 3 years ago. They said they would use skin-colored silicone, and they did the revision using reused cartilage. I asked them to make it as natural as possible and remove the columella, and I’m satisfied. My nose now doesn’t really have any big problems, and people around me say it looks natural and pretty. But the tip shape isn’t the one I want, so I’m thinking about whether to get another revision somewhere else or have the tip revised here.
