Um....I visited because I heard an acquaintance had gotten treatment here, but this was the worst place I consulted with. They recommended surgery I hadn’t even been considering. Even after I said I didn’t want that surgery, the doctor kept recommending it, cut me off while I was speaking, and said to stop talking about that, starting with why I hadn’t had surgery when I was younger and why I was doing this now. The consultation manager kept pouring out explanations nonstop, and when I asked what the artificial septum material was made of, what ingredient it was, they told me to look it up on the internet? Anyway, I was pretty offended. The only good thing was that they showed the surgical method in a PPT, and that was really good.
