I had my nose done with septal cartilage in 2013. At the time, I felt uncomfortable with silicone and with overly unnatural-looking plastic surgery, so I asked to have it done as naturally as possible using septal cartilage. I was satisfied for the first few years, but now the area under my nose has sunk a lot, so I want to get it done again.. If possible, I recommend doing it with some height!
