Review

The wait was extremely long, and because they got the time wrong there was even another waiting period in the middle. The consultation manager was unfriendly and acted like she knew everything, and I also didn't like how she needlessly bad-mouthed the previous hospital. The director seemed like he wasn't very interested in my nose, but he did seem confident about the surgery. He gave off a strong feeling that he would blame the patient.
