The director seems very proud~~ The before-and-after photos were really the exact nose shape I wanted, so I liked that They said that if there isn’t enough cartilage during surgery, they’ll use mesh, and the consultation manager saying that mesh isn’t dangerous at all made me feel a bit~~~ Here, I got a recommendation I never even thought of, which was alar base lowering, and I realized that if I wanted the exact nose shape I wanted, alar base lowering might actually be the answer~~ They were really confident about alar base lowering, but because so many things would need to be touched for a first surgery, it seemed like if something went wrong later, a revision would be hard too. And the final straw was the manager saying they had alar base lowering done here, but their nose tip looked way too bulky, so it really seemed case by case and I changed my mind~~ As long as it’s not mesh for the alar base, the before-and-after photos were the ones I liked best here~~
