I’m writing this because I remembered a place I visited before while I’ve been going around for revision surgery consultations. I saw a lot of comments saying the director is cold and blunt, so I was worried, but fortunately the consultation was good, with a quiet and serious impression. When I said what style I wanted, they listened well and made a plan accordingly. While I was consulting, I felt like this might be a place I could go with, but the downside was that they recommended mesh... and they said that during surgery they might end up using donated rib cartilage, which would add more cost. But more than anything else, what I still remember here is the consultation manager’s attitude They seemed to scan my bag first, as if trying to figure out whether I had money or not. After the director’s consultation, I was chatting and laughing a lot with the manager about various things, and then when the price came up, I just said it was more expensive than I expected. I was just saying it was more expensive than I thought, but their attitude suddenly changed as if they thought I wasn’t going to have surgery, which was so unpleasant and also kind of amazing. When I went out to pay the consultation fee, they asked another staff member to handle the payment, glanced at me, and left without even saying goodbye The image and trust I had built up from the consultation with the director dropped instantly because of the manager. After searching around, I found that quite a few people had actually had unpleasant experiences because of the consultation manager If it seemed like they would go ahead with surgery, they were extremely kind, and if it seemed like they wouldn’t, they just ignored them completely.. It made me wonder why they even work in customer service. Do they live hand-to-mouth from day to day?
