I had nose surgery here, and it became crooked. You can easily find reviews saying the person doing consultations here is commercial and unfriendly, and in my personal experience, that is true. (I’m excluding the unexpectedly kind person among the customer reviews here. I believe that was another younger manager. She was kind^^) Since evaluations of plastic surgery also include staff evaluation and attitude, I’m writing this. I’m describing service-related matters solely based on the factual experience I had with the staff, evaluation, and attitude. Customers pay money and should receive value that matches it, and I think that includes at least basic manners. Since I’m paying for the surgery myself, choose a place that has basic manners, basic decency, and respects the customer. Customers come in trusting only the doctor’s career and skill to get surgery done, and since they don’t expect professionalism from a consultation manager who isn’t even a specialist, this is basically a service job that also handles aftercare and such. At other clinics, the manager is so kind that it even makes the clinic’s image seem good, and I only keep good experiences and grateful memories, but this hospital really gave me several unpleasant experiences because of the irritated attitude of the person doing consultations. The hospital itself seemed traditional and historic, operating for a long time just like the doctor’s career. But why on earth would they hire someone so overly sensitive, yelling at customers and acting irritable and temperamental??? I honestly cannot understand it. I felt that all the trust and image that had built up just from looking at the doctor completely collapsed and dropped because of that person. If I go to the hospital, I’d have to deal with that highly strung person every time, so needless to say it is extremely stressful, and I honestly could not believe what I was seeing. (If that person is going to work with such a hypersensitive, frustrated-with-the-world attitude and throw tantrums all day, why doesn’t she just stay home and rest comfortably instead of coming out to society every single day? It is really absurd.) In hospital management, staff management is one of the most basic fundamentals, and staff are also an indicator of the hospital’s overall image and level. Still, the doctor was not like that and gave a calm, good consultation and was kind in responding! The nurses, the other manager, and the rest of the staff fortunately were not like that. Staff evaluation and attitude: limited to the person doing consultations, it was literally the worst, so I inform you that I could not give even a single 0.00000000001-point rating.
