My nose is on the taller side, but the slightly protruding hump really bothered me, so I went to look for reviews about functional nose surgery while also planning to have my rhinitis surgery done at the same time. The review photos of Director Hong Seong-moon were all to my liking, so I visited. But he said the hump wasn't that severe, and that if it were shaved down, that area would need to be filled in, which would make the nose too high, so instead he recommended not doing surgery and only having the rhinitis surgery. He was kind and really seemed to look at things from the patient's perspective, so I gave up on wanting nose surgery.
