At other places, they usually recommended rib cartilage, but here they recommended ear cartilage, which surprised me. My nose was very droopy, so I wasn’t sure whether ear cartilage could support it And this was the first doctor who suggested alar reduction. Everyone else had said it wasn’t necessary, so what was this? I wondered if he had a long career and was seeing something different. Also, even though I paid for the consultation, it ended up being shorter than at clinics where I didn’t pay. The consultant was very pretty and kind. It wasn’t exactly forced same-day booking, but there was still a pretty big price difference.
