The director’s skill is excellent, and it matched my needs too. I asked a lot of questions during the consultation, and he answered everything comfortably. But the manager who consulted me?? No, she just felt like a part-timer. She knew less than I did, so I ended up canceling the surgery. She was pushing the reservation deposit.
