I was surprised because the price quoted was very cheap compared to other places. The director realistically told me what could and couldn’t be done, so it felt like there was no unnecessary diagnosis and they were kind. But they also said most of the things I wanted couldn’t be done, and since they said they keep taking surgeries as time allows without a fixed number per day, I’m worried it feels too factory-like.
