Seems conscientious and objective, but there was a slight feeling of being annoyed.. There was none of that unnecessarily exaggerated, overconfident attitude, and I liked that they were honest. They explained all the situations where side effects could happen, and if you don't want to do it and think you can just live as you are, they say to just keep living. But I don't know if it's because the surgery process is hard or what. Still, I liked that they didn't exaggerate things that weren't right and spoke honestly.
