I thought I would have a smooth result, so I paid more than other places and had the surgery, but it became uneven, so I'm thinking about revision surgery or filler.. The doctor just said that because my own nose shape inside the silicone was an osteotomy, it couldn't be helped, and only told me to fix it with filler. If I had known this would happen, I should have chosen revision surgery instead of removal. I just wasted money and time
