The first consultation wasn’t short or anything; they really put effort into it, and I asked the same questions in both the first and second consultations, but the answers were different. I still wonder whether they properly checked the condition of my nose after the first surgery during the first consultation... For reference, the first consultation was at the start of the off-season, and the second was at the start of peak season. And during the second consultation, they talked with the doctor and the manager, but I didn’t even get a manager consultation, and when I left, they didn’t even return my greeting. Is that normal...? I guess I feel like you should visit a hospital twice before deciding.
