This is exactly like the review on this community. If they're not confident, they give the patient options and let them choose. I don't have contracture or inflammation, so they recommended non-open silicone removal and cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip. But if I'm still uneasy, they said to do it open... When I asked about the capsule, they said to do that too if I'm worried about it (an extra 50). For the non-open approach, they use absorbable sutures, so they said there would be no need to come back to the hospital after surgery. There would be no splint either.. They explained in detail while showing me photos of actual surgery cases. But there were too many options haha. I'm not going to do it here and plan to go to a hospital that gives me more confidence. The doctor and the director were both pretty kind, but when I asked for the earliest surgery date, they said to decide that later and call them, and they would fit it in.
