I saw a lot of reviews saying the director was unfriendly, so I was a bit worried, but I think I understand what people meant. Still, he answered every question I asked and didn’t do anything half-heartedly. That said, he pushed the patient to make the decision a lot, so that was a bit disappointing. Probably not a good fit for someone who needs certainty.
