I went for a consultation for functional reasons, but... once the consultation started, they recommended the hospital's standard surgeries based on cartilage and autologous rib cartilage, etc. They did consider the cosmetic side too, but I wasn't that interested in implants or raising the bridge of my nose yet, and the first cost they quoted was around 1000 to 800, so (including function) it seems like a place good for people interested in the cosmetic side.
