The wait time was a bit long, which was disappointing, but both the coordinator and the director were extremely satisfying during the consultation. Both of them were very kind, and I had a lot of concerns about how to do the surgery and which method to choose, but they explained everything kindly and in an easy way, which helped me a lot in making my decision.
