Came in for a removal consultation due to suspected nasal contracture Diagnosed as contracture just by feeling it with his hands Removed silicone capsule and donated rib cartilage Proceeding with lowering the tip using septal cartilage and nasal cartilage Because my nose is small, I worried whether there would be enough septal cartilage to use (I also had rhinitis surgery, and I was told it probably couldn't be used in the previous surgery) I was told even a little bit could be used They said contracture could come back at any time There is no AS The cost is too expensive, so I'm deliberation
