The director explained things in a very gentle way and feels like a father. I haven't decided on surgery yet, but the point they emphasize most strongly is absolute no smoking and no drinking after surgery. They give a lot of advice on patient care, not just saying surgery is the end. I really liked that they check my nose here and there during sedation anesthesia and pay attention to reflecting feedback, but the method they suggested for my nose type was a little disappointing. I have a crooked nose, so I need an osteotomy, but they couldn't promise improvement for a crooked nose and didn't recommend surgery for a crooked nose..that part was disappointing. Maybe because of that, the cost was cheaper than I expected, and because there were so many people, the available surgery schedule during the holiday week was already full.
