I booked through an event on the app, but even after several days there was no phone call to set up the consultation. I barely managed to get in touch and make a reservation, but the reservation-complete text message that came a few days later had a completely different date. For example, I made a reservation for May 15, but it was written as April 12... I really don’t understand why these kinds of mistakes happen
