It was a consultation from quite a long time ago, and for personal reasons there was an issue with the timing of my nose surgery, so I canceled the deposit midway. The doctor's consultation was a little cynical, but they answered everything I asked, and it definitely didn't feel rude. I could feel a certain pride in this place. The reason I ultimately chose this place was probably that I thought that even if it wasn't an extremely dramatic change, I could get a decent, realistic compromise.
