At the first consultation, they were enthusiastic and consulted me diligently. They didn't tell me the important things like what materials they would use, why they were using them, or the surgical process. They only said relatively unimportant things, like that since my nose was originally bent to the left, they would insert it so it would bend to the right, and that I shouldn't drink for six months. I was young, knew nothing, and it was my first surgery, so I impulsively made a reservation. On the day of surgery, when I was getting pre-op counseling, contrary to how hard they worked during the first consultation, they didn't listen to me at all, and even when I showed them the nose photos I wanted, they didn't look at them. They kept shifting around and trying to get into the operating room quickly. They advertise that they can check the nose shape in the middle of surgery and make changes, but in reality your nose is so swollen that ordinary people like me can't really tell. They say they inject something to reduce swelling and look at the nose while it's not swollen, but even after the injection the nose is still hugely swollen, so you can't recognize it. They confidently advertised that they perform surgery without side effects, but I got a lot of side effects. Visible silicone in the nose, bent bridge silicone, asymmetry of the nasal tip, and severe shaking of the bridge silicone. I requested a revision for these side effects. When I booked the surgery, they said their hospital would handle revisions in most cases, but when I actually requested one, they wouldn't do it. The reason they wouldn't do it was that they said my nose had originally been bent to the right. At the first consultation they clearly said my nose was bent to the left and that they would insert it so it would bend to the right, but then they showed me a reversed photo and lied that my nose had originally been bent to the right. I never expected them to blatantly lie with a left-right reversed photo even though I have a mole on my right cheek. Even after the swelling went down, the side effects got worse, so I requested revision again six months later. But the female manager looked at me and said, "Isn't this okay?" That probably means there were many people worse off than me, since the reviews only say it was crooked. In the end, the doctor touched my nose and, maybe realizing how serious it was, said he would do the revision for 200,000 won without saying anything. But in the end, the doctor kept lying that my nose had originally been bent to the right, and because of the female manager's absurd remarks, I decided to go to another hospital. When I looked into revision surgery at another hospital, many people said using AlloDerm on the nasal tip would make revision difficult. There are hardly any places that use AlloDerm for the first surgery, but they seem to favor it here. There aren't any good things said about AlloDerm, to the point that people say it's a material used so the doctor can operate more conveniently, and I don't understand why they use it so often.
