The director felt very much like a professor. It felt like being treated at a large hospital. Thanks to that, I was able to ask questions comfortably and hear many answers. It seemed like they do a lot of revision surgery too, and that made me trust them. They even explained by talking about their own paper. They also run a YouTube channel, so anything I couldn't ask separately was easy to look up there.
